His journey began at De La Salle College of St. Benilde, where he pursued a hospitality program, followed by specialized training in baking at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Notably, Hans played a pivotal role as the opening pastry chef at The Dorian, Autograph Collection. He is also a proud co-owner of LASA, showcasing his expertise in chocolates and delicate sweets.
